Sandra Gonzales is the creator of How to Win Business Plan Competitions. As a two-time grand prize winner at national business plan competitions, she has earned $50,000 in seed capital which helped her to launch an educational consulting business. She enjoys coaching, guiding and mentoring other entrepreneurs to launch their businesses, win prize money and earn seed capital to fulfill their dreams as world class entrepreneurs.
This former Army nurse and home educator served almost seven years on active duty and earned the rank of major in the Individual Ready Reserves. She has been an instructor for the Entrepreneurship Bootcamp for Veterans Families at Syracuse University. And she currently serves as part of an international team teaching Boots to Business at military bases overseas and online to transitioning service members and their families.
Sandra was honored as a White House Champion of Change in 2014 for her work as a veteran entrepreneur and military spouse. Sandra is passionate about helping veteran entrepreneurs and military families achieve their dreams of business ownership and economic independence. She has coached and mentored students worldwide helping them win seed capital at business plan and grant competitions throughout the United States.
