1. I am stuck and need help with certain sections of my plan. How can you help?

We offer private consultations with our Starter Special. Not only will you receive access to the online course, you will receive feedback to help with the development of your written plan.

2. Are there any special technology requirements for the online course?

You will need high speed internet access to view the tutorials as well as Adobe PDF to open the downloadable resources. For the coaching programs, you will need to submit your assignments in an editable file such as MS Word or PDF. No other software programs may be substituted.

3. Are we creating template business plans or will I be able to develop a plan that shows off my own unique venture?

Although you will use a template to construct your plan, feedback from an instructor will help you develop a competitive strategy unique to your strengths and weaknesses. Be sure to share industry reports and articles with your instructor so we can understand your competitive space.

4. May we use business plan software programs to complete each week’s assignments in the coaching programs?

Absolutely, as long as you can download or export the file in an editable program such as MS Word or a PDF.

5. What is the difference between the online course and the coaching programs?
